ERP Digital Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced ERP Digital Program Manager to lead enterprise digital initiatives for a local manufacturing organization. This role oversees a complex portfolio of ERP and integration programs, working across business and technology teams to align priorities, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong program leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to guide cross-functional teams through large-scale Agile execution.

Responsibilities:

• Shape and advance the digital portfolio by aligning transformation initiatives with organizational objectives and long-term business priorities.

• Partner with business and technology leaders to develop strategic roadmaps, forecast demand, and plan capabilities across the ERP and integration landscape.

• Support portfolio governance through regular planning, leadership updates, operating review preparation, and day-to-day coordination with senior stakeholders.

• Oversee financial activities tied to the portfolio, including annual planning, budget alignment, capital request development, and value tracking against defined goals.

• Lead complex programs and project streams by establishing execution plans, clarifying ownership, and maintaining progress across interdependent initiatives.

• Communicate program health clearly to stakeholders by escalating risks, surfacing issues, and guiding decision-making at multiple levels of the organization.

• Facilitate Agile delivery practices by guiding backlog prioritization, coordinating planning events, and coaching Product Owners and team leads on effective execution.

• Manage external partners and vendor contributions by reviewing statements of work, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring agreed outcomes are met on time.

• Build resource plans across programs while helping teams define meaningful performance indicators to measure business impact and investment effectiveness.

• Promote change adoption within the digital operating model and help teams navigate evolving priorities in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a closely related field.
• 10+ years of program management experience leading large, cross-functional digital initiatives.
• At least 7 years of experience working in digital delivery environments that use Scaled Agile methods.
• Demonstrated background managing ERP and integration-related programs, with Oracle Fusion experience preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of technologies or domains such as SaaS platforms, Oracle integrations, product lifecycle management, and manufacturing execution systems.
• Proven ability to evaluate, prioritize, and track business value across a portfolio of concurrent initiatives.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence technical teams, business partners, and executive leadership.
• Ability to lead distributed teams, resolve complex business challenges, and proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks.
