Requirements:- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Experience in food & beverage, retail, or hospitality is needed it
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus
