DynaGraphics, a leading commercial printing, mailing, and marketing company in Reno, NV, is looking for a Bindery Operator to join our production team. If you’re detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and experienced with bindery equipment, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Operate and maintain bindery equipment (folders, cutters, stitchers, etc.)
- Set up and operate machines per job specs and monitor quality throughout production
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and consistency
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
- Collaborate with press and production teams to meet tight deadlines
- Crosstrain and learn to operate other equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow company processes and procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a bindery or print production environment
- Familiarity with commercial bindery equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
- Team player with good communication skills
- Ability to read and follow work order instructions
- Understand and follow company safety protocol
