Picture your day in De Pere, WI
You arrive, lace up, and help set the pace for the shop. You’ll stage materials, tidy work areas, and make sure tools are where they need to be so your teammates can hit the ground running. As jobs move through the floor, you step inmoving stock, assisting skilled tradespeople, and finishing parts so everything ships on time and to spec.
What you’ll tackle
- Keep the shop flowing: organize tools, materials, and workstations for the day’s builds.
- Be a trusted extra set of hands for fabricators and machinists on inprocess work.
- Finish work: deburr and clean completed parts using hand tools and equipment.
- Inventory support: restock supplies and track what’s running low.
- Material movement: load/unload vehicles and stage product using pallet jacks, forklifts, and an overhead crane.
- Uphold a clean, orderly, and safe environmentevery task, every time.
- Pitch in on additional tasks as priorities shift.
Tools and tech you’ll use
- Pallet jack, forklifts, and overhead crane
- Power tools, band saw, and belt sander
- Tape measure and basic hand tools
What you bring
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Reliable, team-first mindset with strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic mechanical aptitude; comfort with common shop tools.
- Prior shop or warehouse experience is a plus.
- Hands-on skills in shipping/receiving, material handling, and loading/unloading.
- Physically able to lift heavy items and perform manual tasks throughout the shift.
