Responsibilities
- Oversee project execution and field operations
- Manage schedules, budgets, and job costs
- Conduct planning meetings and coordinate stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues
- Manage subcontractors and equipment procurement
- Process change orders and scope adjustments
- Perform jobsite inspections and ensure quality control
- Maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to interpret plans and contracts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job cost systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities
