Career Path & Development

• Phase 1 (Weeks 1–4):Field training as a Lead Generator / Setter alongside an experienced mentor to master neighborhood canvassing and pitch strategy.
• Phase 2 (Post-Training):Transition into a Full Presenter & Closer, running custom home proposals and closing high-ticket deals.
• Phase 3 (Growth):Rapid path to Sales Leadership and Team Management for proven closers.

Key Responsibilities

• Neighborhood Outreach:Engage directly with homeowners in target residential areas to showcase Zeus permanent smart lighting solutions.
• Custom Proposals:Present interactive lighting demonstrations (color options, app controls, security features, music sync) and deliver clear on-site quotes.
• Deal Closing:Close high-ticket residential sales with the full backing of our dedicated installation team.
• Referral Building:Build strong customer relationships to generate organic neighborhood referrals and repeat business.

Qualifications & Mindset

• Drive:Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and determined to earn top-tier commission.
• Communication:Confident, personable, and comfortable speaking directly with homeowners.
• Work Ethic:Reliable, disciplined, and capable of managing a flexible field schedule.
• Background:Prior experience in door-to-door (D2D), solar, roofing, pest control, security, or home improvement sales is a major plus, butnot required.
