REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT) NEEDED, PREFERABLY MALE RBT
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dependable RBT to provide
school-based 9 am 3 pm ABA services for an adolescent male client.Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of RBT experience
- Strong commitment to assent-based, compassionate ABA
- Conversational English is required
- Availability during morning and afternoon hours
- Medicaid credentialing required
- Must be highly empathetic, patient, and respectful
- Must respect the client’s communication, dignity, personal boundaries, and right to participate meaningfully in treatment
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
We are looking for an RBT who values building trust, recognizes signs of assent and withdrawal of assent, and provides ethical, individualized, and respectful support.
