Position Overview:
The Restaurant Manager works alongside the management team to assist with daily restaurant operations, support staff, and deliver a welcoming, high-quality dining experience for every guest.
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Manage and lead staff in collaboration with management team
- Ensure service is maintained at the utmost of quality level
- Track daily reports of labor, sales, call outs, etc
- Assist with scheduling as needed
- Keep General Manager informed of sales and key issues
- Increasing sales through networking and guest relations to raise guest check average.
- Assists in maintaining supplies, menus
- Partner with General Manager and Assistant General Manager to conduct weekly inventory

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service environment
- Proven ability to lead and coach hourly teams
- Strong knowledge of proper guest recovery steps
- Strong understanding of daily restaurant operations and service standards
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
