About the Role: MAVINSYS LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our care team in Rutland, VT. Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting changes in condition to nursing staff
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and safety protocols
- Support patients with meals, feeding, and nutritional intake documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients and residents
- Communicate effectively with RNs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary care team members
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
Requirements:- Active Vermont LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification in good standing
