Working within a small team of 2 to 5 members, the draftsman contributes to the preparation of blueprints, design documentation, and overall project execution while ensuring accuracy and quality. Responsibilities
- Produce detailed technical drafts and 3D models using AutoCAD and related software
- Prepare accurate blueprints and design documentation for residential projects
- Collaborate with team members to support project development and revisions
- Update drawings and documents to reflect design changes
- Conduct quality control checks on all drawings and models
- Utilize office software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Windows OS, for project support
- Assist with general project coordination as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in architectural drafting
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and Adobe Creative Suite
