Analyst 2 – Customer Contract Administration
- Location: Franklin Lakes, NJ – Onsite
- Pay: $38/hr W2
- Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM
- Contract: 12 months
- Drug Screen: 9-panel required
- Education: Bachelor’s preferred
Responsibilities:
- Manage distributor chargebacks, pricing claims, disputes, and settlements
- Maintain customer master data, GPO memberships, and contract records
- Analyze and resolve pricing/contract discrepancies
- Support automation, process improvement, and data governance
- Use SAP Vistex, JDE, Excel, Power BI, SQL, Access, Qlik, Python and related tools
- Maintain process documentation and training materials
- Coordinate with internal/external customers and stakeholders
Ideal Candidate: Analytical professional with experience in chargebacks, pricing/contract operations, master data, ERP systems, analytics, automation, or continuous improvement.
