Job Description/Qualifications:

• Recruiting: Manage online job postings for potential candidates
• Staffing: Identify staffing needs and onboard all new hires.
• Training - Implement full use of ADP software by all employees, using team leaders for software training
• Maintain employee training schedule for improved job performance & safety.
• Performance - Track all data for attendance, performance, hours, earnings, benefits, time off etc
• Payroll – Finalize all time and attendance data and process weekly payroll
• Safety & Security - Ensure safety training is fully implemented by supervisors.

  Maintain electronic and physical security systems

• HR Compliance - Complete all necessary tasks for compliance, insurance, etc

• Admin: Manage administration of legal, insurance and IT

We provide linen and uniform rental services to restaurants, hotels, foodservice companies, country clubs and banquet facilities. Located in Haverhill, MA, we have a 40,000 square foot facility that employs over 100 people. We provide weekly service to over 1000 businesses in the New England region.
