Mow Crew Member

We are a growing commercial landscaping and snow removal company serving Central Indiana. Our mission is simple: deliver consistent, professional service while building a strong, reliable team.

We are currently hiring Mow Crew Members experience preferred but not required. If you’re dependable and willing to learn, we’ll train you.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a valued team member, you’ll assist with:

• Lawn mowing, trimming, and edging
• Spring and fall cleanups
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment

What We’re Looking For

• Mowing experience preferred (entry-level welcome)
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow
