Office Manager Assistant

Job Summary
Supports the Office/Accounting Manager with day-to-day accounting and office operations. Primary focus is accounts payable, accounts receivable support, product receiving, inventory counts, RMAs, and organized filing and scanning.

Responsibilities

• Enter accounts payable invoices accurately and on time
• Match AP invoices to purchase orders
• Receive product in the business system
• Assist with inventory counts
• Process RMAs
• File and scan documents in an organized, timely manner
• Provide general support to the Office/Accounting Manager as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Steady work history
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Professional, polite demeanor with coworkers, vendors, and customers
• Comfortable learning and using business/accounting software
