Cook - Texlahoma BBQ Waterloo Road
Location:North Edmond.
Pay Rate:$14.00 - $17.00 Per Hour including tips.
Job Details:
- In the meat cutter role, you will slice brisket, turkey, sausage, ribs, and pull pork to order.
- In the prep role, you perform opening setup and cleaning tasks, as well as prepare all sauces and sides.
- In the line role, you will set up and close down your stations and serve sides to order.
- Previous experience in a BBQ restaurant is preferred, but not necessary.
- This position provides room for advancement to a Shift Lead or Pit Master position.
- Night and weekend availability is preferred.
- Ideal candidates will possess a passion for great food, high attention to detail, and a desire to grow and advance with this concept.
Daily Responsibilities
- Preparing the kitchen for the upcoming shift.
- Cook and serve food to order in your assigned role for the day.
- Clean and close down the restaurant at the end of day.
