PC Tech, IT Valuation & Inventory Specialist For E-Commerce Assets

Beyond Surplus is seeking a reliable IT Asset Valuation Specialist to support our expanding online sales operations. This role involves assessing pallets of electronic equipment, determining their resale value, and preparing items for ecommerce fulfillment. Responsibilities include sorting electronics, identifying high-value assets, testing those assets and creating test records for the listing team. Additional responsibilities will include pulling and packing daily orders and providing assistance where needed. Training will be provided.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and able to safely handle a variety of electronic equipment.

Duties

• Assist with evaluating the potential value of electronic equipment
• Accurately Sorting and Labeling a variety of equipment
• Pick and pack ecommerce orders accurately and efficiently
• Properly pack electronics using bubble wrap, peanuts, and protective materials
• Maintain order accuracy and productivity targets
• Follow instructions from warehouse leadership
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional work ethic

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least One Year of computer related experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (5+ hours per shift)
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and lift repetitively
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to read and understand instructions written in English
• Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime when needed

• PC Repair Experience
• Electronic Diagnostic Experience
• E-Commerce Customer Service Experience

Work is performed entirely in a warehouse setting, where temperatures may vary from cool to hot. Energy drinks will be provided during the hotter months.
