Machine Operator/ Setting Mechanic

The Machine Operator/Setting Mechanic will independently operate, set up, and maintain hydraulic presses, injection molding machines, and general manufacturing equipment on the production floor during the day shift. This role demands careful calibration, regular equipment inspection, and full-scale mechanical servicing to ensure optimal production efficiency within a large team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydraulic presses, injection molding machines, and manufacturing equipment
• Set up and calibrate machines for accurate production runs
• Perform basic cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs
• Conduct full mechanical servicing and equipment inspections
• Monitor production processes for quality and efficiency
• Collaborate as part of a large production team while working independently

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in machine operation
