The Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring efficient order assembly, inventory control, and safe material handling within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position demands strong attention to detail and the ability to fulfill customer orders accurately, maintain inventory integrity, and meet production timelines consistently while delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Accurately execute customer order assembly, including weighing, labeling, packaging, and delivery.
- Manage ingredient inventory using Warehouse Management Systems in coordination with related teams.
- Develop expertise in inventory items to troubleshoot and fulfill orders safely and efficiently.
- Maintain an organized and safe workspace using carts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Provide exceptional internal and external customer service and communication.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy to support inventory and order tracking.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Adaptable and flexible in a production setting.
- Capable of safely lifting and handling 55 lbs frequently through an 8-hour shift.
- Proficient with computer systems and accurate data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills with professional communication.
- Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Previous experience with continuous improvement practices is preferred.
- Ability to operate in mechanical and technical environments.
- Previous experience with powered pallet jacks preferred; must obtain certification if needed.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
