Cashier / Retail Store Clerk – Beach Accessories & Apparel

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Location: Destin, FL

We are looking for friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Cashiers / Retail Store Clerks to join our team in Destin!

If you enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, this is a great opportunity to join our team. You will assist customers, operate the cash register, keep merchandise organized and stocked, and help maintain a clean and welcoming store.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist customers with merchandise, including beachwear, apparel, accessories, souvenirs, and gifts.
• Operate the cash register and accurately process cash, credit card, return, and exchange transactions.
• Restock merchandise and ensure shelves, racks, and displays remain organized and presentable.
• Assist with receiving and organizing merchandise shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Help monitor inventory and report low-stock items when needed.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned.
• Follow company policies, cash-handling procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Work as part of a team to provide customers with a positive shopping experience.
• Perform other store-related duties as assigned by management.
