VJ’s Auto Service is a family-owned and operated automotive and RV repair facility that has proudly served our community for almost 30 years. We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and trustworthy Service Advisor / Service Manager to join our team and help lead our busy operation.

We are looking for someone who is more than just an advisor. The right candidate will be a people person, an excellent communicator, and a natural leader who understands that honesty, integrity, and treating customers with respect are the foundation of a successful repair business.

• Flexible and willing to work extended hours when needed
• Experienced in automotive service advising, shop management, or a related position
• Comfortable working with both automobiles and RVs, or willing to learn the RV side of the business

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide professional, friendly customer service
• Listen carefully to customers and understand their concerns
• Write and manage repair orders and estimates
• Communicate diagnostic findings and repair recommendations clearly
• Obtain customer authorization before repairs are performed
• Coordinate workflow between customers, technicians, parts suppliers, and management
• Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed
• Review completed repairs and ensure customers receive accurate information
• Help manage technician workflow and shop productivity
• Assist with scheduling and maintaining an efficient shop schedule
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally
• Help maintain the high level of customer service and reputation VJ’s Auto Service has built over the past 29+ years
