The Aptus Group is hiring a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide school-based behavioral support to a student in Paramount, CA. In this role, you will provide one-on-one support throughout the school day while helping the student develop positive behaviors, social-emotional skills, and greater independence. The position also includes accompanying the student on school transportation for morning pickup and afternoon drop-off. Pay Rate:$27.15 per hour

Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience working with children or youth in school or clinical setting is preferred
- Availability to work Monday through Friday during school hours
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavioral support to assigned student(s) throughout the school day
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and support plans
- Accompany the student on school transportation for morning pickup and afternoon drop-off
- Maintain accurate documentation of daily progress and student behavior
- Support students with transitions and social-emotional regulation
- Assist with daily routines, which may include lunch, recess, and bathroom use if needed
- Work collaboratively with classroom staff, school teams, and supervisors
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
