Financial Controller

Laguna Development Corporation is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead enterprise accounting operations across our diverse portfolio of gaming, hospitality, retail, food & beverage, and subsidiary businesses. This high-impact leadership role oversees consolidated financial reporting, month-end close, internal controls, external audits, treasury relationships, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance, while serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and operational teams across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, and a proven track record leading multi-entity accounting functions in highly regulated environments. Experience in gaming, hospitality, or multi-unit operations is strongly preferred.
