Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our projects by leveraging your expertise to:

- Design, develop, and test mechanical systems and components that meet our high standards of quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical designs with other engineering disciplines.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages learning and growth.
- Conduct thorough analyses and simulations to validate designs and ensure they meet performance and safety criteria.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and product functionality.
- Prepare and present technical reports and project updates to stakeholders, effectively communicating complex concepts in an accessible manner.

Experience Level:
- Preferred experience level is 7 to 10 years in mechanical engineering or a related field.
