Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs), stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to carry out verbal or written directions accurately.
- Understanding and application of workplace safety rules and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Reliable and Punctual Work Ethic: Consistent attendance, dependable performance, and a willingness to work flexible hours or overtime.
Responsibilities
- Assist with a wide range of physical tasks including lifting, carrying, digging, loading, and unloading materials.
- Clean and Prepare Job Sites, clear debris, sweep, and set up or dismantle work areas to maintain a safe and organized job site.
- Use shovels, drills, saws, and other tools under supervision to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently.
- Load and Unload Materials and Equipment.
- Perform pre and post-trip inspections on equipment.
