We are looking for reliable and safety-focused Reach Operators to join our team. This position involves operating powered equipment in a cooler environment while safely moving and organizing product.
Job Title: Reach Operators (Cooler department)
Pay Rate $16.50 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift – PM
Location: Irving, TX
Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D
Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate a reach forklift to move, load, unload, and organize product
- Transport pallets throughout the cooler and warehouse
- Accurately stage and store products in designated locations
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow productivity and quality standards
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous reach forklift experience required
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Ability to safely operate equipment in a warehouse environment
- Comfortable working in a cooler/temperature-controlled environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Strong attention to safety and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
