ALL Dimensions Search Group is working with one of our favorite clients in the Northland. This client is looking to make an addition to their Sales Team by adding an Inside Sales Account Manager. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for both inbound and outbound calling on accounts, both existing and new
- Develop relationships with and drive retention and growth with current customers
- Pursue relationships with potentional new customers
- Identify business opportunities to upsell products to current and new businesses
- Maintain detailed knowledge of products offered
- Analyze customer data to identify past trends to prepare for future needs
- Respond with a sense of urgency to customer inquiries via phone and/or email
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Run and evaluate various sales reports on a regular basis
- Ensure shipping deadlines are met
- Meet or exceed established sales goals
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Other duties and special assignments on an as needed basis
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in account management and/or sales required, with industrial sales experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Outstanding time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Must be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic with a desire to succeed
- Ability to build rapport with customers, both existing and new
- Solid negotiation skills
- Strong technical skills
