Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or 3 years of equivalent experience
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience directly related to the duties
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Oversight, coordination, and planning of daily production activities
- Makes recommendations for workforce planning and training
- Supervises, coordinates, and monitors plant activities
- Investigates abnormal operating events or equipment failures
- Ensures conformance with policies and safety regulations
