Daily duties will allow for professional growth with tasks such as conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), implementing interventions, and designing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) in partnership with a supportive school team. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • At least one year of experience in a school setting, preferably with high school and emotionally disturbed (ED) students
  • Effective crisis intervention and de-escalation training
  • Strong communication and collaborative abilities
  • Dependable transportation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct FBAs, classroom observations, and interventions
  • Collaborate with school psychologists and administration for BIP development
  • Support district behavior initiatives across multiple high schools
