Qualifications

- Industrial or construction environment preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties, including manual material handling, shoveling rock, and assisting equipment operators
- Assist with the daily operation and maintenance of the asphalt production plant
- Load, unload, and move raw materials, tools, and supplies throughout the facility
- Keep the plant, yard, and work areas clean, organized, and free of debris
- Inspect equipment and work areas for safety hazards and report issues promptly
