PRESS OPERATOR, HIGH-SPEED STAMPING (BRUDERER) - 2ND SHIFT

Fairfield, OH (Cincinnati metro) | Full-time, direct hire

Schedule: 2nd shift, Monday to Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM (four-day week, some flexibility on hours) | Friday available for overtime

Pay: $23 to $28/hour depending on experience

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

A precision metal stamping manufacturer in Fairfield, OH is adding a 2nd shift Press Operator to its high-speed, high-precision Bruderer press line. This role is for an operator who already knows high-speed stamping and wants to run advanced, tight-tolerance equipment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Set up, operate and monitor high-speed Bruderer stamping presses to produce precision parts to specification

- Load coil and materials and safely remove and handle finished parts

- Read and follow work orders, blueprints and production specifications

- Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy, defects and overall quality

- Make machine adjustments to hold production speed and tight tolerances

- Use measuring tools and gauges to verify parts meet specifications

- Keep accurate production and quality records throughout the shift

- Follow all safety procedures, including machine guarding and PPE requirements

- Perform equipment checks and communicate mechanical or quality issues to the right team members

- Keep a clean, organized and safe work area

WHAT YOU NEED

- Hands-on experience running high-speed stamping presses (required)

- Bruderer press experience strongly preferred

- Experience with setup and adjustments on precision stamping equipment

- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools and gauges

- Strong attention to detail and quality

- Commitment to safe work practices
