Club Manager to join our team! As the Club Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility. Your responsibilities will include managing memberships and personnel, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring the facilities are operating smoothly. The ideal candidate is a positive, motivating leader with a passion for health and fitness.
Responsibilities:- Create and adhere to the operational budget
- Oversee marketing efforts and promotions
- Oversee membership sales and promotions
- Build relationships with vendors
- Ensure all gym systems and procedures are followed
- Hire and train staff
- Oversee customer service and resolve issues that arise
- Ensure the club is clean, safe, and well-maintained
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
- Previous management experience
- Strong understanding of budgets, profit and loss, and revenue
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
