Position Summary: TheControls/mechanic technicianjob will include but not limitedto,troubleshooting bottle and can line fillers, packaging equipment, conveyors, motors, VFD, and other associated equipment.
Controls/Mechanicwill helpwithchanging outmotors, gearboxes, chain conveyors, and all other equipment associatedwithinour facility.
The Electrician is responsible for ensuring all equipment runs properly, including building facilities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Systems include Bottle and Can filling machines, conveyors, batch mixers, electrical distribution systems, and building automation systems.
- Must be able to troubleshoot complex machinery, both electrically and mechanically.
- Must have 480v 3 phase, 120v, 24 vdc experience
- Must be able to troubleshoot motors, VFDs start/stop circuits, etc.
- Experience troubleshooting PLCs withRSlogix500 and Studio 5000 a huge plus.
- Musthave mechanical abilities and have your own tools.
Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- MinimumEducational Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Job related certifications are aplus.
Preferred candidate willpossess:
- Prior experience in industrial maintenance bottle/canning/packaging operations are aplus
- 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing facility installing and troubleshooting electrical components and machinery,
Language Skills:
- Working understanding of spoken English
- Working understanding of written English

- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds withoutassistance.
- Possessrequired visualabilitiesclose vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

- Workspace is not climate controlled and can reach both hot and cold extremes (50 degrees–110degrees Fahrenheit)
