NOW HIRING – BAKER | INDUSTRIAL BAKERY
Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
We are looking for dependable and hardworking Bakers to join an industrial baking operation. This position involves assisting with the preparation, production, baking, cooling, and packaging of baked goods in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and mix ingredients according to recipes and production instructions
- Measure and portion ingredients accurately
- Prepare dough, batters, and other baking products
- Operate baking and production equipment as trained
- Monitor products throughout the baking and production process
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
- Assist with cooling, packaging, labeling, and organizing finished products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Work efficiently as part of a production team
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and safety procedures
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday
- Previous baking, food production, manufacturing, or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
