Lead CloudSuite ERP Application Development, Configuration, and Enterprise Integrations
Georgia System Operations Corporation (GSOC) is seeking an ERP Applications Developer to provide advanced technical expertise supporting the Infor CloudSuite ERP platform across OPC, GTC, and GSOC.
This newly created position adds critical technical depth to the Enterprise Applications function and reduces single-point-of-failure risk across core Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources processes. The ERP Applications Developer is responsible for development, configuration, customization, workflow automation, reporting, integrations, release management, and ongoing support of enterprise ERP solutions.
Candidates with deeper ERP architecture, technical leadership, integration, and cloud application experience may be considered for higher-level classifications (Engineer IV or V).

What You'll Do
- Develop, configure, test, and maintain Infor CloudSuite ERP applications, configurations, workflows, reports, and extensions.
- Design and maintain integrations, APIs, middleware solutions, data migrations, data transformations, and interfaces between CloudSuite and critical business applications.
- Build secure, scalable, reliable ERP solutions supporting Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources operations.
- Troubleshoot application, workflow, interface, integration, and data issues while maintaining synchronization and system reliability.
- Lead upgrade planning, release testing, regression testing, change management, and production deployments.
- Translate business and technical requirements into maintainable ERP solutions consistent with development standards.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, sprint planning, estimation, code reviews, and solution delivery.
- Support compliance requirements including SOX, NERC, FERC, ITS, cybersecurity, documentation, and SDLC standards.
At advanced levels, this role may also:
- Lead ERP architecture and integration strategy decisions.
- Provide technical leadership for major CloudSuite initiatives and upgrades.
- Mentor developers and establish ERP application development standards and best practices.
- Serve as the technical SME for CloudSuite development, configuration, integration, and support.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Equivalent combination of education, training, and directly related work experience may be considered.
- Engineer III: Ideally 4+ years of ERP application development experience including integrations, reporting, automation, and troubleshooting.
- Engineer IV: Ideally 6+ years of ERP application development and architecture experience.
- Engineer V: Ideally 8+ years architecting and supporting enterprise-scale ERP solutions.
- Strong customer service focus, communication skills, and collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
ERP Application Development & Configuration
- Experience with Infor CloudSuite FSM/HCM preferred; Lawson, ION, IPA, and Landmark experience beneficial.
- Experience with business process automation, application extensions, reporting, customizations, and ERP application development frameworks.
Integration, Data & Reporting
- Strong SQL scripting and database experience.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, middleware, data transformations, migrations, Power BI, and enterprise reporting.
