Job Overview:

Pay Range: $20.00hr - $25.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 2+ years of program, project management, event, or conference management experience in a professional setting required.
  • High School Graduate.
  • Proficiency using a variety of software applications including Microsoft Excel and other Office suite applications is required.
  • Ability to learn and implement new software applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and has direct responsibility for a program, project, event or program.
  • Creates and implements administrative systems to manage area of responsibility.
  • Serves as main source of information, effectively responding to inquiries from potential customers, participants, and academic collaborators.
  • Prepares and maintains records, reports, budget and plans.
  • Maintains web pages, websites, or program materials.
  • Provides administrative and course support for educational programs.
  • Serves as a primary point of contact for learners and course administrators, assisting with email and phone inquiries.
  • Supports registration, learner communications, data entry, and evaluation distribution.
  • Works closely with team members to support day-to-day operations of both virtual and in-person educational activities.
  • Ensures a positive learner experience and helps maintain accurate program records.

Nice to Have:

  • BA/BS strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and CVENT preferred.
