**Role Description**
Smart Generation LA is seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher for a part-time, on-site position in Los Angeles, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging lesson plans, evaluating students' academic progress, and collaborating with parents and staff to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. You will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our young learners and supporting their overall development.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
- Assess and monitor students' progress through various methods, providing constructive feedback and adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and fellow staff to support each student's educational journey.
- Manage classroom behavior and establish a safe, respectful learning atmosphere.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events as required.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching credential or certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for working with children and a commitment to their educational and personal growth.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles.
- Previous experience in an educational setting is highly desirable.
