Temporary Administrative Assistant (8-Week Assignment)
Location: Mebane, NC
Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hr
Duration: Approximately 8 Weeks
Schedule: Full-Time, Temporary Assignment
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support training administration and front office activities for an approximately 8-week project. This position will play a key role in helping the organization catch up on training documentation, organize records, and prepare for an upcoming audit while also providing administrative support and front desk coverage.
Responsibilities
  • Obtain employee signatures on training documents.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain training records and documentation.
  • Scan and file production training records.
  • Maintain accurate training files and compliance documentation.
  • Prepare records and documentation for an upcoming audit.
  • Assist with reducing a backlog of training administration activities.
  • Learn and support daily front office functions, including:
    • Mail distribution
    • Call transfers
    • General office support
  • Provide administrative coverage during a scheduled front desk absence.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience managing records, documentation, or filing systems.
  • Comfortable handling high volumes of paperwork and data organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional communication skills and customer service experience.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
