Your RoleAs a QSM Wound Care Provider, you will:
Deliver bedside surgical wound care services
Perform detailed clinical documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across assigned facilities
Provide patient-centered care while maintaining high clinical standards
Support continuity of care and positive patient outcomes
Unencumbered NP (Adult/Geriatric/Family) or PA license
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to independently manage clinical judgment and documentation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work onsite with patients
Availability by phone during working hours
Attendance at required meetings and annual corporate conferences
Possible telehealth responsibilities
Wound care experience (not required)
Two or more years of provider experience (new graduates welcome)
Proficiency with Microsoft 365
