Key Responsibilities
- Help lead day-to-day restaurant and bar operations.
- Run shifts and keep the team organized throughout service.
- Support and coach servers, hosts, bartenders, food runners, and other team members.
- Ensure guests receive excellent service and address any concerns promptly.
- Assist with managing opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor cleanliness, organization, and overall restaurant standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen, bar, security, VIP, and management teams.
- Handle guest concerns and find solutions quickly and professionally.
- Help train and develop new team members.
- Monitor breaks, staffing, and the flow of service throughout the shift.
- Maintain PABLO’s service, hospitality, and operating standards.
- Take ownership when a manager needs to make a decision.
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant, bar, hospitality, or management roles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
- Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Team-first attitude with a focus on collaboration.
- Reliable availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Interest in advancing to a larger leadership role within PABLO.
