Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in the Asphalt industry
- Daily travel required, Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to follow instructions, project plans, and safety procedures
- Physical Strength and Endurance: Capable of performing physically demanding work
Responsibilities
- Assist asphalt crew with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment
- Perform manual labor tasks including site preparation, cleanup, and support for paving operations
- Support paver, roller, and lute operators to ensure smooth workflow and quality asphalt placement
- Hand-grade and rake asphalt under supervision
- Follow project plans, instructions, and safety protocols at all times
