Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or related field
- Valid drivers license (required for field travel)
- Strong influencing and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
Responsibilities
