Lone Star Staffing is hiring Loss Prevention Associates!
We are looking for reliable and observant individuals to help maintain a safe and secure warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is attentive to detail, professional, and able to identify and report potential safety, security, or inventory concerns.
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift – PM
Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor warehouse areas to help prevent theft, loss, and unauthorized activity
- Observe employee and visitor activity throughout the facility
- Conduct routine security and safety checks
- Monitor entrances, exits, and designated areas
- Report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or policy violations to management
- Assist with inventory and loss prevention procedures
- Maintain accurate incident reports and documentation
- Follow all company safety and security policies
- Maintain a professional and respectful presence at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous loss prevention, security, warehouse, or related experience is a plus
- Strong observation and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to remain alert and focused throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
