Position Name: MRI Technologist

Type: Full Time/Permanent - Direct Hire

Location: Brattleboro, VT

Available Shifts: Thursday - Sunday (07:30AM - 04:00PM)

Salary range: $104,601/annually (dependent upon experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic MRI procedures in a hospital imaging department. This role works independently while ensuring patient safety and accurate imaging results.

What You’ll Do

• Perform MRI scans independently with minimal supervision
• Ensure proper patient positioning and safety protocols
• Operate MRI equipment and maintain imaging quality standards
• Administer IV contrast when required
• Follow MRI safety guidelines and radiation protection protocols
• Work closely with radiologists and imaging team

Schedule

• Day shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Thursday – Sunday
• 32 hours per week
• Hospital-based imaging department

Compensation

• Full-time permanent role

Requirements

• ARRT certification (required)
• MRI registry (required)
• Graduation from accredited Radiologic Technology program
• CPR certification (required)
• Venipuncture certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months)
• Hospital-based MRI experience required
• Minimum 2 supervisory references required
