Job Summary
Full Steam Staffing is hiring Packers in Vineland, NJ! Packers will be responsible for preparing, inspecting, packing, labeling, and organizing products for shipment while maintaining accuracy and a clean, safe work area.
Job Duties
- Pack and prepare products according to company standards
- Inspect products for quality, damage, or defects
- Verify product quantities and labels for accuracy
- Assemble boxes, cartons, and other packaging materials
- Seal, label, and organize completed packages
- Move and stage packed products as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
- Work efficiently to meet production and packing goals
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, packing, production, or material-handling experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and move products as required
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Must be able to work the assigned shift
