Nurse

Valencia Medcare is seeking a Nurse to join our onsite team in Valencia, CA and provide compassionate, professional clinical support as part of our PART_TIME workforce.

The Nurse will support day-to-day patient care needs by monitoring health status, assisting with basic clinical tasks, and ensuring individuals receive safe, respectful care. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented nurse who can maintain a calm presence, document accurately, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.

This is a PART_TIME, onsite position in Valencia, CA, focused on delivering high-quality care while upholding established protocols and patient privacy requirements.

• Provide direct patient care support, including assessments, vital sign monitoring, and assistance with basic clinical procedures as appropriate

• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the appropriate clinical or supervisory team promptly

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care activities and observations according to established policies

• Prepare and support clinical workflows to help ensure a safe, organized environment for patients and staff

• Follow infection control, safety procedures, and patient privacy standards at all times

• Current and valid nursing license to practice in the state of California

• Experience providing patient care in a clinical or similar healthcare environment

• Strong knowledge of patient assessment fundamentals and basic nursing responsibilities

• Ability to work onsite in Valencia, CA on a PART_TIME schedule

• Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to document care accurately

• Experience in outpatient or occupational health settings

• Familiarity with healthcare documentation practices and privacy expectations

• Comfort working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment

• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and strong bedside manner
