Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of five years of experience in production, maintenance, mechanical repair, installation, construction, or location supervision
  • Two to three years of specialized training through a technical school, apprenticeship, or manufacturer's training program preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team
  • Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, move, and install plant machinery and equipment
  • Develop, schedule, and oversee preventative maintenance programs for plant equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Provide technical guidance, training, coaching, and support to maintenance employees
