Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of five years of experience in production, maintenance, mechanical repair, installation, construction, or location supervision
- Two to three years of specialized training through a technical school, apprenticeship, or manufacturer's training program preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team
- Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, move, and install plant machinery and equipment
- Develop, schedule, and oversee preventative maintenance programs for plant equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Provide technical guidance, training, coaching, and support to maintenance employees
