Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 Years experience in a heavy manufacturing environment
- Experience in FFT analysis of vibration spectra on a range of heavy industrial plant
- Experience in practical application of FMEA, NDT inspection techniques preferred
- Working knowledge of instrumentation, process controls, motors, starts, VFD's preferred
Responsibilities
- Create, implement, and monitor Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) programs
- Monitor reliability based systems including preventative maintenance systems
- Manage the preventative/predictive maintenance programs
- Provide leadership, guidance, and direction for reliability team
- Analyze and eliminate repetitive problems through root cause analysis
