Calagaz Printing is looking for a sharp, self-motivatedgo-getterto join our team as a Sales Support Specialist. This is a high-touch, customer-facing role whereyou'llwork directly alongside our Regional Sales Director to keep clients happy, orders movingand nothing falling through the cracks.

Your Day-to-Day
- Monitor and respond to customer and vendor emails with professionalism and urgency
- Learn our quoting process, then own it preparingaccurateprint quotes for customers
- Enter new print orders into our system with precision and care
- Track orders from start to finish,troubleshootissues as they arise, and keep customers informed every step of the way
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer calls and emails when needed
- Anticipate what the Regional Sales Director needs before shehas toask
- Act as her delegate with customers earning their trust and keeping relationships strong

Experience & Education
- Prior experience in customer service, sales supportor a related field preferred
- Proficiencywith email and basic business softwarerequired
- High School graduate or equivalent
