Shift Lead

Looking for a leadership role with a slice of fun? Marco's Pizza in Denver, CO, is searching for a dedicated and motivated Shift Lead to help us deliver exceptional service and delicious pizza to our community. As a Shift Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and our customers leave with smiles (and full bellies!). Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and supporting team members during your shift.
• Ensuring top-notch customer service and handling any customer concerns.
• Assisting with daily operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Leading by example to foster a positive and productive team environment.
• Monitoring shift performance and addressing any challenges that arise.

We’re seeking someone who can bring leadership and energy to our team. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

• 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle challenges calmly and professionally.
• A team-oriented attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed.
