Career Development and Student Support Respond to general student questions regarding classes, schedules, registration, and Career Development procedures. Assist students by phone and email, providing general guidance and directing more complex questions to the appropriate Career Development staff member. Maintain accurate and up-to-date student and Career Development records. Assist with class rosters, attendance records, registration information, and other required Career Development documentation. Support instructors and Career Development staff with administrative needs before and after classes. Registration Processing Collect and review student registrations to ensure all required information is complete and accurate. Enter student registrations accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain registration records and all required supporting documentation. Follow up with students or agencies when registration information is missing or incomplete. Refer registration questions, concerns, or exceptions to the appropriate Career Development staff member when additional assistance or approval is needed. General Administrative Support. Answer and return Career Development Department phone calls and voicemail messages in a timely and detail oriented manner. Assist with email correspondence and follow-up with students, instructors, and agencies as needed. Enter, update, and maintain information in approved databases, spreadsheets, and tracking systems. Assist with preparing Career Development materials, student packets, certificates, class rosters, and other training-related documents. Organize and maintain electronic and paper files to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and easily accessible. Assist with copying, scanning, filing, mailing, and other general office duties as needed. Provide additional administrative support to the Career Development Department as assigned.At least 3 years of experience in an administrative support role. Strong customer service and communication skills. detail oriented and courteous phone and email etiquette. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to accurately enter and maintain information. Basic proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and other computer-based systems.
